Morning:
Top up on supplies at Bremer Bay if required before hitting the road towards Foster Beach. Once you head towards the beach, drop your tyres to about 15 psi before going down onto the sand. As you enter the beach, head to your left and drive up the beach to the very end.

Afternoon:
Once at the end of the beach – it’s a beautiful place to park up for lunch, a swim or a fish, and a relaxing afternoon (wind and weather pending) but generally speaking, it’s more protected and calmer at the end there!

Evening:
As the sun set, we found a place to pull up and cook dinner and enjoyed a stunning evening.

Morning:
Leaving your campsite at Foster Beach, you are able to navigate a large sand dune system across to Stream Beach. Doing so has its challenges, but makes for a great adventure.

Navigating sand dunes can be deceptive as they may not cast a shadow making it difficult to see where a drop off starts or ends. Be sure that once you reach the peak of a sand dune that you back off, as there may be a drop off on the other side. If in doubt, it’s best to walk a dune to see what’s on the other side. Sand dunes are an ever-changing natural formation – so the track across is constantly changing.

By using satellite mapping and following your best course of judgment – you will eventually find a track that leads through the scrub and onto Stream Beach. Once again your paint work will be treated to a decent amount of scratching – so just be prepared for that!

Afternoon/ Evening:
It may take an hour or two to navigate over the sand dune system, but once on Stream Beach, you will be greeted by a protected beautiful beach – that when the weather is right – is an absolutely stunning place to park up and enjoy one of the nicest beachfront campsites in Australia. After all the stress of sand dunes, a nice relax around camp is just what you deserve!

Morning
If you would like to extend your stay – or also just for the quickest way out without having to track back across the sand dune system – you can head across to another nearby beach called Dillon Bay, which connects via backtracking slightly up to the main scratchy track you came down after the sand dune system then heading to the right (northeast) towards Dillon Bay.

You can again camp here on this beach, or take Dillon Bay Rd back towards the town.
